Clinical hypnotherapy is a scientifically backed approach to change that stays, working with your subconscious mind where your deepest beliefs, memories, and patterns live.
Hypnotherapy is nothing like what you may have seen in movies. You stay present, you are always in charge of the experience, and the deep, easy relaxation is something your mind already does every day, like daydreaming or getting lost in a good book.
This is a collaborative process. We work together to gently access your subconscious mind and rewire the patterns that no longer serve you. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you through your process and your journey.
My Training
I am a board-certified Clinical, Medical Support Hypnotherapist with 500 hours of training from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, whose Integral Hypnotherapy® method was validated in a peer-reviewed study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). I’m certified through the International Board of Hypnotherapy, and I keep studying so what I bring to our sessions stays current.
Session Structure
All sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and include a personalized hypnosis recording created just for you. This recording supports you between sessions, helping the work settle in and deepen over time
About This Commitment
Beginning hypnotherapy is a commitment to yourself, your process, and your personal journey. The work unfolds in collaboration, a pace that honors you and your readiness for change.
Every client arrives from a different place. Some have years of therapy experience; others are just beginning. There is no “right” starting point. What matters is where you are when we meet.
The depth and direction of our work are guided by what you are ready, willing, and able to explore. You will always receive as much from the process as your system is prepared to integrate.
What This Work Is For
Hypnotherapy works with the part of your mind that runs on autopilot, where long-held beliefs and habits of thinking live. When those begin to shift, everyday life feels different: you stay calmer under pressure, trust yourself more, and respond in ways that feel like you.
This work is best for you if you want to
Release inherited family patterns and limiting beliefs.
Balance your relationship with food and body.
Navigate emotions.
Find freedom through forgiveness work.
Ease feelings of tension.
Deepen your spiritual journey and growth.
Navigate grief, loss, and major life transitions with compassion.
Strengthen your inner confidence and self-belief.
What to Expect
Your session begins with a conversation, where we talk about what hypnotherapy really is and I answer all of your questions. Then you settle in somewhere comfortable, and I guide you into relaxation at a pace that feels right for you. You are always in control. I also teach you self-hypnosis, so you can continue the practice on your own, and you leave each session with a personal recording to return to in between.
After Your Sessions
Many of my clients experience a little more ease, a little more trust in themselves, and a lot more of who they truly are.
